Really good Stay, A Charmed Experience
amazing breakfast great cocktails poolside dining
The entertainment was dope for my kids. La Veranda, the pool restaurant, is a game-changer for poolside dining while the children are entertained. Breakfast provided so many different food options. The lobby bar cocktails are wonderful. The bartenders really know their stuff.

Fantastic stay with really good staff and food!
floral arrangement warm reception really good staff
We recently celebrated our wedding anniversary. Early email communication with Michaela was a pleasure, and the floral arrangement was fine. Reception on arrival was warm, complete with champagne. The staff at the Veranda bar helped us store a bottle of Cava at the perfect temperature. Staff is really good!!!
the heated pools were not warm when the weather was cloudy and a bit windy. I couldn't stay in the pool as long as I wanted, a bit disappointing. This is my only negative observation.

The hotel gardens feature beautiful fountains and streams. Staff members were always friendly and helpful with requests. Breakfast had many choices including fresh smoothies. The hotel is beachfront making beach access easy.
The hot food at the buffet was often not hot enough. The food should be kept at a higher temperature. This impacted my dining experience.

This hotel was great for my short stay. the staff were friendly, and the room was well maintained. i especially liked the location. It provided easy access to the beach. the food selection at breakfast was excellent (i really enjoyed the fresh pastries).
my main issue was with the dated furniture in my room. the style felt a little old. the air conditioning in the room was weak and i could not adjust it to my preferred temperature.

i stayed here for a week and it was a wonderful experience. our premium garden view room was very spacious, clean, and comfortable with great beds. the seating area was generous, and the bathroom included a great shower. the south facing balcony had comfortable seating with beautiful garden and sea views (perfect!).
the wifi was a little unreliable. i hope they improve the internet connection during my next visit. otherwise, everything met my expectations.
